DENIAL OF CLAIM OF TIMOTHY S. HAUKE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
the city's insurance carrier and the City Attorney, does
hereby deny the claim of Timothy S. Hauke in the amount
of $25,000.00 for damages received as a result of an
automobile accident on Martin Drive in the City of Muskego
