AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A USED 1974
MODEL PONTTAC TO BE USED AS SURVEILLANCE
CAR FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has requested that his present
unmarked squad, which is a 1971 Buick , be replaced, and
WHEREAS, it has been recmended that the city purchase a
used 1974 Model Pontiac Grandville for a net price of
$3,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has recommended to the
Council approval of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Chief of Police
to replace his present 1971 Buick with a 1974 Pontiac
Grandville at a cost of $3,000.00.
