AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE RENEWAL
OF RADIO MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
present contract with Ken Com, Inc. for the maintenance
for all radio equipment owned by the city in the amount
of $538.64 be renewed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of
the Finance Committee, approve of the renewing of the
present contract in the amount of $538.64 per month,
for the maintenance of all city-owned radio equipment for
a period to expire December 31, 1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the necessary documents to
renew the conditions of the present contract in the
name of the city.
