WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of legal status for lots 8 and 9,
blk. 3 Hillview Farm Plat, by Donald and Marilyn Shine, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of Donald and Marilyn Shine for
legal status for lots 8 and 9 b 3, Hillview Farm Plat.
