ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS /INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Brodel)
WHEREAS the city has received an offer of $23,100.00 for the
purchase of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 3 in the city's Business/
Industrial Park by Harry H. and Joan K. Brodel, and
WHEREAS acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase of
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 3, in the city's Business/Industrial P
Park from Harry H. and Joan K. Brodel for a price of $23,100.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
