ACCEFTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE FOUNTAINWOOD LOT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
Lot 13, Block 16, Fountainwood Subdivision, from Garry Politoski,
in the amount of $7,500.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase Lot 13.
Block 16; Fountainwqod Subdivision, in the amount of $7,500.00. from Garry Polltoskl.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the
city.
