DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS FOR LOT $135, MILL
VALLEY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status for Lot 35, Mill
Valley Heights Unrecorded Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recmended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of Mary Preston for legal status
for Lot 35, Mill Valley Heights Unrecorded Subdivision.
