ACCEPTANCE OF ROADS AND PUBLIC UTILITIES IN
KURTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
a
WHEREAS, the city has received a request to accept the roads
and public utilites in Kurthwood Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Comittee, after reviewing the matter
with the Superintendent of Public Works and the Building Inspector,
has recommended acceptance of the improvements, and
WHEREAS, a sufficient amount of monies or bonds is being held in
escrow to assure resolution of any erosion which might occur and
the installation of the final coat of asphalt,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby ive final acceptance of all utilities
and roads in^ Kurthwoo ' Subdivision.
