APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Root River Investment Co.)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one-parcel division of the
Ada Butcher - Root River Investment Co. property on College
Avenue in Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
said division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map to finalize the division of the Ada Butcher - Root River
Investment Co. property in Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval by the city engineer.
