ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/TNDUSTRIAL PARK
(Ludwig Jakober)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $22,560.00
for the purchase of Lot 9 Block 2 in the city's Business/
Industrial Park by Ludwig Jakober, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer"'has been recommended by
the City's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase of
Lot 9 Block 2 in the city's Business/Industrial Park from
Ludwig Jakober for a price of $22,560.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city.
