ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER DISTRICT
PROJECT MSS-1-74
(Northwest Dist. 1-9)
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the proposed sewer
project on Janesville Road west of Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project
MSS-1-74:

Koch & Bonness
Ralo Construction
Rock Contractors
Tomasini Contractors
United Sewer & Water

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc.,
and the Public Sewer Committee have recormended that the
bid for Project MSS-1-74 be awarded to Leo Dretzka, Inc.
in the amount of $57,270.00
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby award the bid for the proposed
Sewer Project MSS-1-74 to Leo Dretzka, Inc. in the amount
of $57,270.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk-Comptroller
and the Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract
