ACCEPTING EXTENSION OF DLBACK DRIVE TO BE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
dHEREAS, Harold DeBack has extended ileBack Drive to serve an
additional parcel of land in Section 29, and
NHERmS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
extension meets all c.ity specifications,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the extension of DeBack as
constructed bv Harold DeBack in Section 29.
