ACCEPTANCE OF WISER LANE AS A PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, Harold DeBack has constructed a public right-of-way
in Section 33 known as Keiser Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the road be accepted and that the cash bond being held by
the city be reduced to $500.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept a road constructed by
Harold DeBack in Section 33 known as Keiser Lane and that
the bond being held by the city be reduced to $500.00.
