wHJ!RMS, the City has received a request from the Library Board that an additional page be added to the staff of the
Library personnel, and
WHBREAS, the Finance Committee following a review of present
personnel in the Library has recommended that said request
be granted,
THEREPORE, BB IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
