PERMITTING SEWER SERVICE FOR THE REMAINING
LOTS IN KURTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from the
developers of the Kurthwood Subdivision to waive the 65% limitation
imposed by Resolution #220-71, and
WHEREAS, the waiving of those requirements would permit the
development on the three remaining lots, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has determined that at the
present time the northeast sewer system is more than meeting
the requirements established by the Department of Natural Resources
and therefore have recommended that the three remaining lots in
Kurthwood Subdivision be released from the 65% limitation,
THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the reconnnendation of the Public Sewer Committee, does
hereby waive the limitations established by Resolution #220-71 as
it relates to the Kurthwood Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action involves only the three
lots in the Kurthwood Subdivision and in no way affects the
restrictions placed on the balance of the northeast sewer district
