DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Re: Rezoning of 1-1 to A, Sections 25 & 36)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain' lands in the southeast.>corner
of the city be rezoned from 1-1 to A, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
draft the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district
map of the city by rezoning the following described property
from 1-1 (Industrial Park) to A (Agriculture):
All that property in the E 112 of Section 36
and part of the SE i/2 of the SE 114 of
Section 25, Tom 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
