CCR1974241RESOLUTION #241-74 DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP (Re: Muskego Industrial Park, Inc.) WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1974, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution # P.C. 81-74 which recommended the re- zoning of a parcel of land identified as Muskego Industrial Park, Inc. from B-2 to RS-2, and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1974, the Common Council defeated Resolution #209-74 which affirmed that recommendation, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission at their meeting held on October 1, 1974, again reviewed the proposed rezoning and adopted Res- olution # P.C. 141-74 re-affirming their original decision, and WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the matter to come before the Common Council for final disposition, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the Plan to rezone the following described lands from B-2 to RS-2: a All that part of the SW of Sec. 16, T5N RZOE, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows to-wit: Cormnencing at a point on the North line of the said quarter section distant South 89O 25' 45" East 1027.26 feet from the Northwest corner of the said quarter section; thence continuing South 89O 25' 45" East 650.00 feet to a point on the West line of C .T .H. "Y", thence 546.98 feet along said West line on the arc of a curve to the right of radius 1974.48 feet, chord bearing South 4O 00' 20" East 545.38 feet; thence South 5O 39' 18" east along said West line 354.31 feet; thence South 3O 55' 50" West along said West line 41.87 feet; thence North 89O 25' 45'' West 729.49 feet; thence North 0' 34' 15" East 937.66 feet to the point of beginning and containing 15.0 acres of land more or less.
