DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Triangle Between College Avenue and Martin Drive)
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1974, the Plan Commission
adopted Resolution # P.C. 83-74 which recommended the rezoning
of a parcel of land identified as the triangle between College
Avenue and Martin Drive from B-2 (Local Service Center to RS2
(Suburban residence) , and
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1974, the Common
Council defeated Resolution W210-74 which affirmed that
recommendation, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission at their meeting held on October 1,
1974,qain reviewed the proposed rezoning and have adopted
Resolution # P.C. 142-74 re-affirming their original decision,
and

WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the matter to come before the
Council for final disposition,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the Plan Commission
to rezone the following described lands from B-2 (Local Service
Center) to RS2 (Suburban Residence):
Approximately three acres in that part of
the north 112 of the NW 114 Section 4,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed to
draft the necessary implementing ordinance.
