ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR STORM SEWER
(Between Westwood & Lannon)
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had been authorized to
advertise for bids for storm sewer installation between
Westwood Drive and Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Tomasini Contractors, Inc. $ 20,940.00
Koch & Boness, Inc. 22,880.00
Garsky Construction Co., Inc. 23,780.00
Leo Dretzka Construction Co. 19,980.00
Brookfield Culvert Co. 15,300.00
and
WHEREAS, upon review of the bids received the Public Works
Committee has recommended that the low bid of Brookfield
Culvert Coy be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the
Public Works Committee, accept the low bid of Brookfield
Culvert Co. to install a storm sewer between Westwood Drive
and Lannon Drive in the amount of $15,300.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary document in the name of
the city.
