DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Re: Removal of Wetland/Floodplain in
Certain Areas)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that the designation of Wetland/Floodplain
in Parkland Plaza, Muskego Business/Industrial Park and
Lincolnshire Subdivision be removed from the zoning district
map, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by removing certain Wetland/Floodplain designations
and rezoning them as follows:
Muskego Business/Industrial Park to 1-1
Lincolnshire Subdivision to RS -2
Parkland Plaza to RS-2 OPD
