ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR PARK SITE UEVELOPMENT
(Schmidt Park 8t Idle Isle)
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has received bids for the
park site development of Idle Isle and Schmidt Park, and
WHEFEAS, the following bids have been received: m

WHEREAS, monies have been provided for this project in the capital
budget, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that the low
bid of A. T. Forseth be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of A.T. Forseth in the amount
of $70,407.90 for Idle Isle and Schmidt Park site development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
execute the necessary documents in th5,name of the city.
