DEDICATING GEMINI COURT AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY
BE IT RESOLVED that the following described lands are
dedicated as a public highway:
Part of the Northwest of Section 16, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Cmencing
at the West corner of said Section 16; thence North 000
28' 15" East, along the West line of Section 16, 155.41
feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of
Gemini Drive; thence North 55O 20' 50'' East along said
right-of-way line, 1037.93 feet to a point of curve and
the place of beginning of the land hereinafter described;
thence along the arc of a curve 31.42 feet, center of
which lies to the Southeast, and a chord bearing South
79' 39' 45" East, 28.28 feet; thence South 34' 39' 45"
East, 280.00 feet to a point of curve; thence along the
arc of a curve 68.98 feet, center of which lies to the
West, radius of 61.75 feet, and a chord bearing South
2' 39' 15" East, 65.45 feet to a point of reverse curve;
thence along the arc of a curve 298.10 feet, center of
which lies to the South east, radius of 70.00 feet, and
a chord bearing North 87O 20' 15" East, 118.73 feet; thence
North 34' 39' 45" West, 398.45 feet to a point of curve;
thence along the arc of a curve, 31.42 feet, center of
which lies to the Northeast, radius of 61.75 feet, and a
chord bearing North 10' 20' 15" East, 28.28 feet to a point
on the Southerly line of Gemini Drive; thence South 55O
20' 15'' West 106.00 feet to the place of beginning. Said
parcel of land to be dedicated for road purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary quit claim deed in the
name of the city.
