A RESOLUTION RELATING TO FINAL
DETERMINATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
(Northwest District - 1-9)
'a WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego on the 27th day of
ugust 1974, adopted a Preliminary Resolution No. 189-74, expressing
ts intent to exercise its special assessment powers in relation to
the constuction of a sanitary sewer system in the following area:
All properties abutting S.T.H. "24" West of Racine
Avenue (C.T.H. "Y") in said Northeast quarter of
Section 17, extending from the intersection of the
North line of said Section 17 and S.T.H. "24"
Southwesterly along S.T.H. "24" to a point that
is 1900 feet from the intersection of C.T.H. "Y"
and S.T.H. "24" as measured along the centerline of
S.T.H. "24" , with the exception of the property at
S79 W18841 Janesville Road (S.T.H. "24") belonging
to Raymond Wojtczak. e WHEREAS, the Common Council has tentatively adopted the
report of the City Engineer containing certain plans and specifica-
tions for the construction of said sewer system, and an estimate of the
cost of the installation of said system; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, pursuant to notice properly given
as required by Resolution numbered 189-74, and as appears from the
records of the City Clerk, held a public hearing on the 17th day of
September, 1974, concerning the matters contained in the Preliminary
Resolution and the report of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
a
(1) The said Report, including the statement as to
the estimated cost of said improvement and the schedule
of amounts assessed as to each parcel of said real
estate, be and the same hereby is finally determined
to be correct and is finally approved and adopted,
and said statement of cost and schedule of assessments
are hereby finally determined to be correct and are
finally approved and adopted as heretofore modified.
(2) The Plans and Specifications incorporated into
said report are hereby finally determined to be correct
and are hereby finally approved and adopted as heretofore
modified.
(3) The work contemplated in said Report shall be
carried out in accordance with said report asfinally
approved and the payment of the portion of the cost
therefore which will be paid by special assessments
shall be made as se forth in s id report.
