AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR SEWER INSTALLATION IN S .T .H. 24
WEST OF RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Plans and specifications for the installation of
sanitary sewers in S.T.H. 24 west of Racine Avenue are
complete and ready for bidding, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing for said project has
been held, and
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, require
Council authorization before advertising for any bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Consulting Engineer-
ing Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for sanitary
sewer installation in S.T.H. approximately 1900 feet west of
Racine Avenue.
