REFERRAL OF WILDFLOWER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
BACK TO PLAN COMMISSION
(George Schaefer Property)
WHEREAS, the city has received a petition from Shepherd-Legan-
Aldrian, Ltd., to consider the planned unit development for
the George Schaefer property, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a recommendation for
denial from the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held where a sufficient
number of questions were raised to warrant sending the
proposal back to the Plan Commission, a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego will defer final action on the petition of Shepherd-
Legan-Aldrian, Ltd. in order to give the Plan Commission an
opportunity to determine whether or not a plan acceptable to
the city and which would remove most of the objections raised
by the abutting property owner? can be developed. ,
