ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEW BUSINF,SS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(M. F. Burazin Corp.)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $7,490.00 for the
purchase of the middle third of Lot 11, Block 2 in the city's
industrial park by M. F. Burazin Corporation, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase a
plat of land (1.07 acres) for the middle third of Lot 11,
Block 2, from M. F. Burazin Corporation in the city's
industrial park for a price of $7,490.00;.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that this offer to purchase is accepted
subject to the review and approval by the Plan Commission of
the landscaping plan and the type of decorative block to be
used.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
