CCR1974215RESOLUTION #215-74 WAIVING OF DIRECT NOTICE FOR REZONING (Removal of Wetland Floodplain) WHEREAS, the Connnon Council has set a public hearing to remove certain Wetland Floodplain from the zoning district map where they are no longer applicable, and WHEREAS, the public notice involved in the Wetland Floodplain rezoning involves the area of the Parkland Planned Unit Development, Lincolnshire Subdivision and the Muskego Business/Industrial Park and would be time consuming and costly and of little value since the area has been totally developed, and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised that the Common Council can waive the requirement for individual notices of public hearing if in their judgment the notice of public hearing would create excessive and unnecessary expenses and the proposed change would have no affect on the property owners in the area, and WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing has been published in the city’s official newspaper, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby determine that the need for direct notice to people involved in the removal of Wetland Floodplain from the following described area shall be waived: Muskego Business/Industrial Park to 1-1 Lincolnshire Subdivision to RS2 Parkland Plaza to RS2 OPD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination is made on the basis that the proposed change would have no affect on the existing land use or on the res DATED THIS /d DAY OF 4 e” ATTEST : I, City Clerk I
