AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF ROGER WALSH
AS LABOR CONTRACT NEGOTIATOR FOR THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, in the role as negotiators for the City of Muskego, has determined that the use of a consultant would be of great advantage to the City, and
WHEREAS, Roger h'alsh acted as the City's consultant in
the recent arbitration case and exhibited a keen know- ledge of the negotiations and arbitration process, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Common Council authorize the use of a consultant by them
when needed during the City's negotiations with the
Police Department and City Hall-Library and Dispatchers,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Com-
mittee to use Roger Walsh as their consultant in their
labor contract negotiations for 1975 as they deem
necessary.
