AUTHORIZING FINANCE COMMITTEE TO INITIATE
PROCEDURES FOR BORROWING MONIES FOR
ADDITIONAL SEWER WORK
WHEREAS, it has been determined that sewers will be construct-
ed on S.T.H. 24 west of Racine Avenue as well as in the Freedom
Acres Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, finances will probably be needed under B Bond financ-
ing, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer committee has recommended that the Finance
committee be authorized to initiate the proper procedures
when it becomes necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Sewer Committee, does hereby authorize
the Finance Committee to initiate procedures for borrowing
money, when necessary, to assure completion of sewer construc-
tion in Freedom Acres Subdivision and on S.T.H. 24 west of
Racine Avenue.
