ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Triangle Between College Avenue and Martin Drive)
'dHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
the following be rezoned from E-2 (Local Service Center)
to RS2 (Suburban Residence)
Approximately three acres in that part
of the north 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20 East
and
August 13, 1974
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing was held on
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney
to draft the implementing ordinance to rezone the above
described property from B2 (Local Service Center) to
RS2 (Suburban Residence).
