APPRDVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(John & Margaret Paul)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for
approval of a certified survey map to finalize a three
parcel division of the John & Margaret Paul property
on Janesville Road in Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of said certified survey map subject to approval of
the City engineers,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of a certified
survey map covering a three parcel division of the
John & Margaret Paul property on Janesville Road in
Section 2 subject to the approval of the City engineers.
