a TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT 1/43

m WHEREAS, a conditional use permit 1/43 had been granted to Texaco, Inc. on October 18, 1966, for the operation
of an automobile service station located at 566 W14501
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing held on September 3, 1974,
there were no objections to the removal of said grant, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that cond-
itional use permit #43 at the above location be revoked,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby terminate conditional use grant
#43 at S66 W14501 Janesville
