APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF NEW BERLIN
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0 FOR INSTALLATION OF
SEWERS IN THE LINNIE LAC AREA

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
previously indicated a willingness to provide sewerage
treatment to existing residences and businesses in the
City of New Berlin, and
WHEREAS, the proposed agreement between the City of Muskego
and the City of New Berlin has been recommended for adoption
by the Public Sewer Cmittee, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee wishes to emphasize that the
serving of the Linnie Lac Sewer Assessment District is
limited to 65 homes, four of which are combined with
commercial uses and two of which are duplex units, four
commercial uses and three or four summer cottages.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed
agreement between the City of Muskego and the City of
New Berlin whereby the City of Muskego will provide
sewerage treatment facilities for the area in New Berlin
identified as Linnie Lac Sanitary Sewer District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council wishes to
emphasize that the service will be limited to existing
homes and businesses within the
