AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION
(Geo. Schaefer)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been advised by Claude C.
Johnson, Jr., a registered land surveyor,-that an error
in transcription was made in the preparation of the
Certified Survey Map of the George Schaefer property, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 236.295 (2) Wisconsin
Statutes, an Affidavit of Correction has been filed with
the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Affidavit of Correction
on the Certified Survey Map for the George Schaefer property
which has been filed for approval is hereby approved as
provided by Chapter 236.295 (2) W’sconsin Statutes.
