m RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO PREPARE
NECESSARY REFERENDUM ON MUSKEG0 RENDERING CO.
INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS
WHEREAS, it appears that 5% of the registered electors
of the City of Muskego have signed and filed a petition for a
referendum upon the question of the issuance of the industrial
development revenue bonds for the Muskego Rendering Company
project,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to take the necessary steps to determine the validity
of the signatures, the requisite number of signatures necessary
to hold theelection, and after determining such, to schedule
a special election on the question of the issuance of such
bonds.
