AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND MUSKEGO PROFESSIONAL
POLICEMAN’S ASSOCIATION LOCAL 695

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and representatives of the Muskego
Professional Policeman’s Association, Local 695, have been
advised that awarding in the dispute between the two parties
has been given to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to execute a contract between the
city and the Muskego Professional Policeman’s Association
which will incorporate the findings of the arbitrator,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the contract between the
City of Muskego and the Muskego Professional Policeman’s
Association, Local #695,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the document after review by the City Attorney.
