FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND ROADS
IN WILLOW WOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, on October 9, 1973, the Council adopted Resolution
11172-73 regarding acceptance of public utilities and roads
in the Willow Wood Subdivision and authorized the release of
all but $5,000.00 of the bond held by the city, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
roads and utilities be accepted and all monies released,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby give final approval of the utilities
and roads in Willow Wood Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all monies held by the city be
released excepting those fees due them for inspection and
engineering costs.
