e APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH LAMAR-SCHREIBER
(Formerly Hugh Dega & Associates)
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended
that a contract between LaMar-Schreiber & Associates be
executed which would provide for the preparation of a
master plan for Kurth Park and Lions Park, and
WHEREAS, the above firm is presently working under the
contract for the planning and development of other parks
within the City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed
contract between LaMar-Schreiber and the City of Muskego
for the preparation of plans for Kurth and Lions Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the City.
