DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE
IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING
ORDINANCE REGARDING DUPLEXES
WHEREAS, the Common Council has deemed it advisable
to amend the Zoning Ordinance by removing duplexes
as a conditional use grant in the RSA, RSM and
Business Districts and the statement of intent in
the RSA District shall be amended to permit duplexes
as a use by right, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the proposed change has been recommended
by the Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City
Attorney to prepare the necessary ordinance which
would provide for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
by removing duplexes as a conditional use grant in
the RSA, RSM and Business Districts and the statement
of intent in the RSA District.shal1 be amended to per-
mit duplexes as a use by right.
