RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR 1-9 ASSESSMENT D ISTR ICT, I974
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MUSKEGO, That the public hearing cn the report of the
City Engineer on the proposed special assessments for the
Northwest District, 1-9 Assessment Districts- 1974, be
held on the 17th day of September , 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City publish the
attached Notice of Public Hearing as a Class "I" Notice and
mail a copy thereof at least IO days before the hearing date
to every interested person whose post office address is
known or can be ascertained with reasonable diligence.

ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER
PIPES IN THE NORTHWEST DISTRICT, 1-9,1974, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 0
rn Please take notice that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego has declared its intention to exercise its power
under Section 66.60 Wisconsin Statutes to levy special
assessments upon property within the following assessment
district for benefits conferred upon such propety by
reason of the improvement thereof by the installation of a
sanitary sewer main and sewer service pipes to be laid in
the street from the main to the curb lines in the Northwest
District, 1-9, 1974, Assessment district:
All that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 17,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukeh a
County, Wisconsin, properties included in the above
sanitary sewer installation project are described as
fol lows:
AI I properties abutting S.T.H. "24" West of Racine
Avenue (C.T.H. "Y") in sa id Norttmst quarter of
Secticn 17, extending from the intersection of the
North I ine of said Sectim 17 and S.T.H. "24"
Southwester I y a long S.T.H. "24" to a point that
is 1900 feet from the intersection of C.T.H."Y"
and S.T.H ."24" as measured along the center I ine of
S.T.H. "24", with the exception of the property at
579 W18841 Janesvilb Road (S.T.H. "24") belonging
to Raymond Wojtczak.
The reput. of the City Engineer showing final plans and
specifications, estimated costs of improvements and proposed
assessments are on file in my office and may.be inspected there
on any business day between the hours of 9:OO A.M. and 5:OO P.M.
You are further notified that the Common Council will hear all
persons interested, or their agents, or attorneys, concerning
matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing
such assessment and the report of the City Engineer at 7:oo P.M.
P.M. on Sentbr 17 I 1974 ,
1974, in The City Hall of the City of Muskego.
All objections will be considered at said hearing and thereafter
the amounts of the assessments will be finally determined.
