SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition
for an amendment to the existing zoning district map
which would change present RS2 and RS3 to RS2 and RS3
with an OPD (Overlay Planned Development), and
WHEREAS, such planned unit development calls for a
total of 109 single family lots, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.06 of the Zoning Ordinance provides
that a public hearing shall be held by the Common Council
after they have received a recommendation from the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the petition
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing
date for the requested zoning change on the Alvin Basse
property for Tuesday, October 8, 1974, at 7:OO P.M.
