APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Shagbark)
a WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a certified survey map to finalize a four-parcel division
in the proposed eleven lot Shagbark Subdivision in Section 4,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map subject to the approval of the city engineer
and to its compliance with the approved preliminary plat,
a
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a certified survey map covering
a four parcel division in the proposed eleven lot Shagbark Sub-
division in Section 4,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineers and to its compliance with the
approved preliminary plat and conditions listed in a letter
received from National Exchangors, Inc., on August 26, 1974, as
follows:
It 1) A drainageway of city approved crossection shall be
constructed from College Avenue, along the east line of the
proposed land-split south to Martin Drive; then east along the
north side of Martin Drive to the West line extended of Jewel
Crest Drive.
2) We will provide a 36" (Dia.) culvert pipe to cross Martin
Drive at Jewel Crest Drive.
3) We shall install a 6" perforated underdrain pipe in the
proposed drainage easement on the east line of the proposed land-
split in accordance with the requirements of the Department of
Public Works.
4) We proposed to install sanitary sewer to serve the
proposed four lots in accordance with the approved plans."
