ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Peerless Gear & Engineering Co.)
WHEREAS, the City has received an offer of $80,300.00
for the purchase of Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8, and the vacated
street in Block 3 in the City's Business/Industrial
Park by Peerless Gear and Engineering Company, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended
by the City's industrial broker, E.M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to
purchase a plat of land (9.9 acres) Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,
and the vacated street in Block 3 from Peerless Gear
and Engineering Company in the City's Business/Indus-
trial Park for a price of $80,300.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the City. /
