(AS AMENDED) a A RESOLUTION ADOPTING HIGHWAY SYSTEMS MAP
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a Jurisdictional High-
way Systems Plan prepared by the Waukesha County Highway Commission
in cooperation with the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Plan
Commission and the State Highway Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Jurisdictional Highway System Plan is a guide to
highway system development within the city's jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recotmended that the City
of Muskego adopt and integrate the recommended Jurisdictional
Highway Systems Plan into the city's local master plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby adopt the Jurisdictional Highway Systems
Plan recommended by the Waukesha County Highway Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is understood the plan is only a
guide to highway system developments within the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tws approval is subject to Sunny Slope
Road terminating at Highway 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to the Waukesha County Board of Supervisors upon its adopt-
ion.
