GRANTING A VARIANCE TO JOHN PAUL
WHEREAS, the Common Council has been requested by John
Paul, Janesville Road in Section 2, to grant a variance
to permit the creation of a lot which will be 6' less than
the required width for this RS3 District, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that a variance,
in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division Ordinance,
be granted to permit the creation of this parcel,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to John Paul a variance
to permit the creation of a parcel which will be 6' less
than the required. width in this RS3 District on Janesville
Road in Section 2.
