CCR1974172RESOLUTION #172-74 *' GRANTING ADDITIONAL 60 DAYS FOR CONNECTION
IN "GI' AND "H" DISTRICTS
8 WHEREAS, the extended deadline date for connection to the
11 II G and "HI' Sewer District was on or about October 1, 1973
and
WHEREAS, there are still a few people who have not connected
into the sewer system, and
WHEREAS, conditions have now improved to the degree that if
an additional 60 days extension were granted all connections
could be completed, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Council grant an additional 60 days for residents in the
sys tern
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to the residents within
the "G" and "H" Sewer Districts an additional 60 days to
connect into the City's sewer system.
