INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Removal of Wetland-Floodplain in Selected Areas)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by re-
moving the Wetland-Floodplain area in selected areas of the
city, and
WHEREAS, this action has been recommended because the present
Wetland-Floodplain zoning no longer meets the criteria as
established under the Zoning Ordinance ad has been replaced
with retention ponds, drainage ditches, etc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does herby initiate a petition, upon the recommendation
of the City Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning District Map
of the City of Muskego by rezoning the Wetland-Floodplain areas
of the city as follows:
Muskego Business/Industrial pa& to 1-1
Lincolnshire Subdivision to E2
Parkland Plaza to RS3 OPD
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the^ Public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be October 8, 1974, at 7:15 P.M.
ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF August , 1974.
