APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Harold DeBack)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval of a certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division of the
Harold DeBack property in ::the SEk of Section 29, and
a
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map subject to the condition that a financial
guarantee be submitted to assure the city that the road will be
constructed and subject to the approval of the city engineer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a certified survey map covering
a one parcel division of the Harold DeBack property in the SEk
of Section 29,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the city
receiving a sufficient financial guarantee to cover the construction
of the proposed road and the approval of the city engineers.
