APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR LES SORENSON
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
received a request to grant legal lot status from Les
Sorenson for proposed Parcel 1, Muskego Shores Subdivision,
which has less than the required width than required by
this RS-3 OED District, and.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
this request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, in accordance with Section 2.4 of the
Land Division Ordinance, d.oes hereby approve of the request
by Les Sorenson for legal lot status for Parcel 1 of the
proposed re-division of lots in the Muskego Shores Subdivision.
