RESOLUTION #168-74
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR LETTER
TO RESIDENTS OF SEWER UTILITY DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has discussed the possibility
of collecting sewer usage charges once a year rather than
quarterly as is presently being done, and
WHEREAS, said charge would be placed on the user's real
estate tax bill as a special assessment, and
WHEREAS, in order to determine the will of the users
involved, the Sewer Committee has requested authorization
to send a letter explaining the matter,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Sewer Committee
to expend the necessary funds to determine whether those
people using the City's sewer system would be interested
in paying that sewer service charge once a year as a
special assessment.
